It is our honour to invite volunteers Ah To and Ah Lok from the local volunteer group, “Protectstray2021”, to share their experiences and feelings about seeing off stray animals. The volunteer group holds a belief that stray animals deserve a decent final journey with someone biding farewell to them after they die, even though they are not loved during their lifetime. At the end of the sharing, the participating students gave 1,000 origami as a blessing to accompany the deceased stray animals on their final journey. It is hoped that participating students will learn to respect and cherish life after the sharing.
