To help students understand that 'birth, aging, illness, and death' as well as 'separation and loss' are common aspects of life, Counselling Team, in collaboration with the Parent-Teacher Association, organized the first event of the 'Life and Death Education Series': a parent-child screening of the movie “The Last Dance”. Through explanations from social workers and the film's storyline, parents and children were able to explore these themes together and appreciate the importance of 'living in the moment and cherishing everything.' A total of 125 parents and students participated in the event, which was successfully supported by Asbury Methodist Social Services.
